Bauer NG NLP7 CORE COLLAR Senior Ice Hockey Neck Guard

Bauer NG NLP7 CORE COLLAR Senior Ice Hockey Neck Guard – a collar, nothing more and nothing less, for adult skaters who find a bib fussy under their shoulder pads. If your Sunday drop-in means grabbing the bag in a hurry, throwing gear on in a cramped dressing room and stepping on the ice ten minutes later, a single band around the neck is about as uncomplicated as protection gets.

The polyester fabric carries an A2 cut rating, THERMO MAX+ helps move sweat away from the skin, the guard is BNQ and CE certified, and the thinking behind it, in Bauer's words, is that every skater deserves the protection they need.

Senior (L/XL) covers neck sizes 34–43 cm. Wear it snug enough that it doesn't slide around when you turn your head to check over your shoulder, but not so tight that you're still aware of it at the end of a long shift. If you can slip two fingers under it comfortably, you've got it about right.
