CCM S26 NECK Senior Ice Hockey Neck Guard

CCM S26 NECK Senior Ice Hockey Neck Guard is CCM's newest neck guard, and a good excuse to finally retire the one that has been living in your bag since three teams ago. You know the type: stretched out, a little faded, holding on to every game it has ever seen. Time for a fresh start.

The S26 is a bib-style guard in black, with a large white CCM logo. The bib reaches below the collar over the upper chest, so the coverage is broader than a collar-only design gives you. The cut-resistant fabric is rated ANSI Level 6 and carries BNQ, HECC, CE and UKCA certification, while a soft liner and hair-friendly velcro keep the collar from irritating your neck.

If you're putting together a new season's kit – fresh tape on the stick, new laces, maybe a new pair of gloves – the neck guard deserves a place on that list too. It's one of the smallest bits of protection you own and one of the easiest to neglect. Give it a quick airing after each skate and it will still be in decent shape a season from now.
