Blue Sports Aegis Bracer Flex Youth Hockey Wrist Guard

Blue Sports Aegis Bracer Flex Youth Hockey Wrist Guard is a small detail that parents often only think about after the first bruise. Children grow fast, and by mid-season the elbow pads that fitted in September may no longer reach the gloves. The gap that opens up on the forearm is exactly where a stray stick lands during a scramble in front of the net.

This youth version comes as a long, flexible sleeve over the wrist and forearm, so it bridges that space without you having to buy new pads straight away. Flexible matters for kids: if something feels stiff or itchy, it comes off in the dressing room the minute you look away. The orange Blue Sports logo gives it a sporty look young players like. Under the fabric there is a 4 mm D3O® wrist guard, aramid fibre makes the sleeve cut-proof all round, and the guard comes out so the whole thing can go in the wash.

Teach your child to pull it on themselves before the elbow pads. It is an easy step to master, and one less thing for you to do in a crowded dressing room before a 7:30 practice.
