Blue Sports Aegis Bracer Flex Senior Hockey Wrist Guard

Blue Sports Aegis Bracer Flex Senior Hockey Wrist Guard is for players who want more than a band at the wrist. It is a longer, flexible sleeve that covers both the wrist and the forearm, so the coverage does not stop just above the glove. Players with long arms, or anyone whose elbow pads sit a little high, will recognise the gap it is meant to fill.

Because it is flexible, it moves with the arm through a full stride, a one-timer or a hard pivot on the blue line instead of feeling like a stiff tube. Inside sits a 4 mm D3O® wrist guard you can remove for washing, the sleeve is cut-proof all the way round thanks to aramid fibre, and an anti-bacterial carbon mesh lines the interior. The orange Blue Sports logo is the only splash of colour, which keeps it low-key under the sleeve of your jersey.

Slide it on before the elbow pads so the top tucks under the pad and the bottom meets the glove cuff. A good rule: stretch your arm out as if reaching for a poke check. If you see skin anywhere between glove and pad, adjust it until you do not.
