Blue Sports WAX Stick Wax

Blue Sports WAX Stick Wax is a 2 oz (80 g) tin of stick wax from Canadian brand Blue Sports, made to keep snow from building up on the blade and to make a tape job last longer. A waxed blade also wipes clean easily and gives a more controlled feel when the puck is on your tape.

A range of colours is available, and most of them carry their own scent, from strawberry to green apple; the plain versions are unscented. Rub the wax into fresh tape until the surface looks dull and sealed, then top it up between periods if the ice is snowy.
