Bauer S24 R5 PRO Intermediate Goalie Leg Pads are made for teen goalies who want a pad that feels light on the leg, seals well in butterfly, and stays quick through scrambles and recoveries. The curved Vapor profile and thin soft-flex build help the pad sit more naturally against the leg, so movement feels cleaner and less forced. Construction / Core: Thin soft-flex core with the stock flex profile from Bauer’s Vapor X5 Pro and Hyperlite 2 pads, plus a CURV composite reinforced thigh, designed to keep the pad light and close-fitting while maintaining good structure through the thigh rise.
Fit profile: Thin profile insert in the curved Vapor profile, designed to create a more streamlined anatomical fit that follows the shape of the leg more naturally.
Knee block / Knee stack: STABILI-GRIP knee block uses adhesive layering to help keep the knee planted in butterfly, while the STABILIFLEX knee block is built into the core for direct response and more flex between the knee and the pad.
Knee wing: Included knee wing, designed to attach and remove easily with hook-and-loop fastening so knee-area feel and coverage can be adjusted.
