Bauer Reactor Board 730x280mm Balance board

Bauer Reactor Balance Board 730x280mm adds balance and body-control work to hockey dryland training while also allowing players to combine stability exercises with stickhandling. The plywood board rests on a wooden roller, creating an unstable platform that requires constant weight adjustment and controlled movement. A non-slip upper surface helps maintain foot position, while side stoppers help keep the board from travelling too far across the roller during use.

Balance and Stability: The moving platform challenges the player to maintain balance while continuously adjusting body position and weight distribution. Bauer positions the board as a tool for developing balance, body control, agility and strength.

Hockey Skill Training: Balance exercises can be combined with a hockey stick and stickhandling movements, adding an extra coordination challenge while the player works to remain stable on the board.

Non-Slip Surface: The top of the board has an anti-slip finish, while the underside uses grip tape. Secured side stoppers help control the board's movement over the roller.

Board and Roller: The board is made from plywood and is used together with a fabric-covered wooden roller. This simple setup makes the trainer compact and easy to prepare for a workout.

Size: The board measures approximately 73 × 28 cm with a thickness of 2 cm. The roller measures approximately 11 cm in diameter and 41 cm in length.

Use: Suitable for hockey players looking to add balance, coordination, body control and stickhandling exercises to off-ice training.
