Vaughn VPC V10 Pro Carbon Senior Goalie Neck Guard

Vaughn VPC V10 Pro Carbon Senior Goalie Neck Guard is a senior neck and clavicle guard from Vaughn's V10 line, the earlier Velocity generation, in its Pro Carbon version. As the name suggests, carbon fibre inserts are used for protection, combined with layered foam that absorbs the energy of pucks reaching the throat and collarbones.

The guard covers the clavicle area as well as the neck, which is where shots tend to land once they slip past the top of the chest protector. An adjustable strap closes it around the neck, so you can set the fit to your own build and the way your chest protector sits.

It suits adult goalies who like Vaughn gear and want a carbon-reinforced guard. Before the first game, wear it at practice with your full setup to check that the strap and the chest protector collar do not overlap uncomfortably.
