Howies Shin Pad 38mm x 27.4m Stick Tape

‌Howies Shin Pad 38mm x 27.4m Stick Tape is the wider version of Howies clear shin pad tape, 38 mm across on a 27.4 m roll. The extra width covers more of the sock in each turn, so a couple of wraps hold the shin guard where one narrow strip might not, and dressing goes faster.

Like the narrow roll, it is soft 7.5 mil polyethylene with an aggressive adhesive that holds without stopping the calf from moving. Players with bigger shin guards or thick socks often prefer this width. It also works well for securing hockey pants at the leg. Keep scissors handy, since the tape will not tear by hand.
