Gufex Junior Puck

‌Gufex Junior Puck is a junior ice puck from Gufex, lighter than a senior puck and intended for children. A lighter puck lets young players lift it, move it across the ice and shoot it with proper technique instead of muscling a full-weight puck.

For parents and youth coaches it is a sensible choice for the early years, when the aim is good habits and confidence with the puck. Once a player's wrists and forearms get stronger, the switch to a standard senior puck comes naturally. A few spares in the hockey bag are always handy for extra work before or after practice.
