Bauer Vapor S25 FLYLITE Senior Ice Hockey Shoulder Pads are built for competitive players who need elite-level protection, a close athletic fit, and the mobility to stay quick in heavy traffic. A floating SHOCKLite sternum with CURV® composite, low-profile shoulder caps with DC Tech foam inserts and a Hyperlite foam cover, plus molded SHOCKLite spine protection with HD foam and a PE insert work together to cover key impact areas without making the pads feel bulky. A split FLEXPRENE vest, molded rib insert, full back coverage with extended rib reinforcement, free-floating CURV® composite biceps, and a THERMOCORE Zero liner help these shoulder pads stay light, stable, and comfortable through full practices and games.

Construction/Shell: Split FLEXPRENE vest with a molded rib insert is paired with a full-coverage back panel and extended rib reinforcement, while CURV® composite in the sternum and biceps helps create a lightweight, connected build.
Shoulder Caps: Low-profile AEROLITE 2.0 caps with CONNEKTOR and DEFENSE CLOUD TECH inserts are combined with DC Tech foam inserts and a Hyperlite foam cover for protective, low-profile shoulder coverage.
Sternum/Chest Protection: Floating SHOCKLite sternum with CURV® composite is designed to protect the chest while allowing the front of the pad to move more freely.
Spine Protection: Molded SHOCKLite spine protection uses HD foam with a PE insert to help keep the center back protected during contact.
Bicep Guards: Free-floating molded CURV® composite biceps are designed to keep arm protection stable while allowing more independent movement.
Rib Protection: Anatomical molded insert and pre-curved ribs are built into the split-vest and full-coverage design with extended rib reinforcement for wrapped side protection.
Liner: THERMOCORE Zero liner is designed to manage sweat and odor so the pads stay comfortable through long sessions.
