Bauer Vapor S25 FLYLITE Intermediate Ice Hockey Shoulder Pads are built for players who want elite-level protection, a close athletic fit, and the freedom to stay quick through contact and long shifts. CURV® composite in the sternum and biceps works together with a split FLEXPRENE front vest and a full coverage back panel to keep the setup light, strong, and well connected where it matters most. Low-profile AEROLITE 2.0 shoulder protection, a floating SHOCKLite sternum, and a Thermo Core Zero liner help these shoulder pads stay secure in battles while still moving freely for shots, transitions, and reactive play.

Construction/Shell: CURV® composite sternum and biceps are paired with a split FLEXPRENE front vest with a molded rib insert and a full coverage back vest for connected coverage.
Shoulder Caps: Low-profile AEROLITE 2.0 shoulder protection uses CONNEKTOR and DEFENSE CLOUD TECH inserts, with DC Tech foam inserts and a Hyperlite foam cover for lightweight protection.
Sternum/Chest Protection: Floating SHOCKLite sternum reinforced with CURV® composite is designed to add lightweight chest coverage while staying mobile.
Spine Protection: Molded SHOCKLite spine protection uses HD foam with a PE insert to support back coverage through contact.
Bicep Guards: EXO-Lite CURV® composite biceps are built to handle impacts while still moving naturally with your arms.
Rib Protection: Pre-curved ribs with an anatomical molded insert and extended rib reinforcement are designed to keep the pad stable and covered during battles.
Liner: Thermo Core Zero liner is designed for comfort under a jersey during long practices and games.
Adjustability/Straps: Torso uses 2 inch elastic nylon and the biceps use 1.5 inch elastic nylon straps to help keep the fit secure.
Fit Profile: Athletic, close-to-the-body feel is designed to stay snug and centered during bumps and falls.
