Bauer Senior Suspenders

Bauer Senior Suspenders are for the player whose hockey pants never quite stay where they should. Black straps over the shoulders, loop ends that attach to the pants, and suddenly the pants hang at the same height all game instead of slowly creeping toward the knees.

Why does that matter? Hockey pants only protect the hips, thighs and tailbone if the padding actually sits over those spots. When the pants slip, the thigh guard rides low and the gap above the knee grows. Suspenders keep everything lined up without a belt cinched so tight that it digs into your stomach on the bench.

Plenty of adult players also find suspenders simply more comfortable than a belt, especially on a long shift when you are bent forward in the stride. One size fits most adults across a range of roughly 91–137 cm (36–54"), so ordering involves no guesswork. Attach them to the pants before your shoulder pads go on so the straps lie flat underneath, and check that everything sits comfortably once you are dressed.
