Bauer S26 PERF JOCK PANT Senior Jock

Bauer S26 PERF JOCK PANT Senior Jock is the full-length sibling of Bauer's Performance Jock Short: a black pant from waist to ankle with the jock built in, and HeiQ Fresh technology to keep odour at bay.

Why go full length? Ask anyone who plays the 7 a.m. Sunday slot in a cold arena. A pant gives your legs a layer under the shin guards, so the plastic and padding are not pressed straight against bare skin, and many players simply feel better covered from top to bottom when the building is freezing. It also keeps everything tidy under the hockey pants, with no gap at the knee. Four velcro tabs hold your socks, and mesh zones across the crotch and inner legs give targeted ventilation.

The idea behind HeiQ Fresh is simple: a polymer from recycled amino sugar takes smelly molecules out of action naturally, so this pant keeps odour away for longer, which matters for a garment that covers so much of you. Wash it regularly anyway, and it will feel fresh on the first stride of every skate.
