Rubena Heavyweight Puck

Rubena Heavyweight Puck is a heavier training puck in vulcanised rubber that weighs about 240 g while keeping the standard Ø 76 × 25 mm size. The extra weight makes every pass, shot and stickhandling move more demanding, which builds wrist and forearm strength over time.

Use it in blocks: a set of shots or stickhandling reps with the heavy puck, then switch to a regular one and feel how much quicker it comes off the blade. Its distinct colour keeps it separate from game pucks in the bucket. It suits teenagers and adults with solid technique, while younger children are better served by a lightweight puck.
