Brians OPT1K Senior Goalie Neck Guard

Brians OPT1K Senior Goalie Neck Guard is a bib-type neck guard from Brian's OPT1K line, the brand's pro-level goalie range. It is aimed at experienced adult goalies who play a lot of hockey and want the neck and collarbones covered as carefully as the rest of their kit.

The bib design extends the protection below the collar: the neck is wrapped all the way round, and the front piece reaches down over the clavicles and the top of the sternum. That way the guard helps where a puck rides up off the chest protector or a skate comes close during a goalmouth scramble.

Because a bib adds a layer under the chest protector, try both together before a game. The chest protector should still sit and move normally. After use, hang the guard to dry instead of packing it away wet.

Product Type: Bib-type goalie neck guard, OPT1K Senior.

Design: Full collar around the neck with a front piece reaching over the clavicles.

Protection: Neck, clavicle and upper sternum coverage.

Compatibility: Worn under the chest protector; check the fit with your own chest protector.

Best For: Experienced adult goalies who want a pro-level bib from Brian's.
