Brians B Star Single Cup Senior Hockey Goalie Jock

Brians B Star Single Cup Junior Hockey Goalie Jock is the junior version of Brian's entry-level B Star goalie jock, built around one cup and marked with a B logo. It is meant for teenage goalies in their first seasons in net, or for juniors who need a reliable spare.

At junior age the shots start to get noticeably harder, and a skater's cup is no longer enough for someone who blocks pucks with their body. A goalie jock covers a wider area and is shaped to stay in place when you go down on your knees.

Put it on first, before the socks and the goalie pants, and check that it doesn't slide when you drop into the butterfly. If it does, it's time for a size up.

Protection: Wider goalie coverage than a skater's cup.

Fit: Should stay put in the butterfly; size up when it starts to slide.

Best For: Teenage goalies in their first seasons.
