Blue Sports Deluxe Support with cup Senior Jock

Blue Sports Deluxe Support with cup Senior Jock is a sensible place to start if you are coming back to hockey after years away and your old jock has long since disappeared. What you get is the familiar format most of us learned on: a black elastic supporter, branded Blue Sports at the waist, holding a protective cup. The cup is ergonomically shaped, the supporter is made of 100% polyester with fitted elastic straps, and Senior sizing covers waists from 26 to 46 inches (about 66–117 cm).

Returning players tend to underestimate how much the game has stayed the same in one respect: pucks still fly at knee height and above, and adult league games get more competitive than anyone admits in the parking lot. A proper cup is the one piece of protection nobody should skip, even at a casual Sunday skate.

Because it is a separate supporter, you can wear it with whatever you have at home, a pair of compression shorts, an old base layer or new tights, and decide later whether to move to an all-in-one short. Good habits matter here too: let it air out on a hanger after every game rather than leaving it in the bag.
